Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Discusses Steffy’s Future on The Bold and the Beautiful.





Where will Steffy’s grief lead her?
Losing one’s twin sister is bound to dramatically affect a person, so while Steffy grieves the loss of Phoebe on The Bold and the Beautiful, we have the sneaking suspicion she just might come out the other side a changed person. To find out how Steffy will deal with this tragedy, Soap Opera Fan Blog went straight to the source: Her portrayer, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood.
According to Jacqueline, Steffy is going to pretty much be focusing solely on herself and not worry so much about her boyfriend. “She does care about Marcus, her feelings are there, but she’s numb and he notices that so you’re going to see some things coming up that are pretty shocking,” she teased.

Jacqueline went on to say that Steffy is feeling very vulnerable right now and looking for something to make her feel better. “Steffy’s always wanted to be loved and that’s all she’s wanted: To be loved by her family and not to be abandoned. First, she tried to get her parents together and that didn’t work and she just wants that love. So she’s just looking for love and to fill this void,” she explained. “She’s very vulnerable and she’s not thinking correctly. She thinks she is and that she’s just going to push these feelings down, but you never know, you could see her snap; we’re not there yet, so I don’t know, but right now she’s trying to find herself again.”

Speaking of her parents, and since it’s such a hot topic on the message boards, we had to ask Jacqueline where she stood on the Brooke/Ridge/Taylor triangle. Considering that Ridge and Taylor are Steffy’s parental units, Jacqueline responded, “Steffy would obviously like her parents back together. She misses that.” But as just Jacqueline, she told a different story. “Me as an actor, I like them both,” she diplomatically responded, but then added, “I think Brooke and Ridge are really cute together. I watch their scenes and I absolutely love them.”
Since she’s a fan of Ridge and Brooke, she obviously watches the show herself and admitted she judges her own performances. “You’re human, right? So you’re obviously going to critique yourself,” she pointed out. “It’s weird, but I’m okay with that. I can laugh at myself and the things I do and it’s funny because I have great friends that humble me and nitpick and keep me grounded. I’m okay with it, but it’s always weird watching yourself.”
To sum up what the future will hold for Steffy, Jacqueline previewed, “She just doesn’t want to be abandoned and she’s just trying to find a little something that’s going to give her a little piece of happiness and whatever does, she’s going to hold on to it.”

A grandi linee:
la morte di una sorella gemella puo' portare dei drammatici cambiamenti in una persona,e quindi incontrano Jacqueline MacInnes Wood per vedere come si comportera' Steffy.
Steffy si concentrera' soprattutto su se stessa, i suoi sentmenti per marcus sono la', ma fondamentalmente non le importa molto del suo ragazzo.
Steffy sis ente vulnerabile e cerca qualcosa che la faccia stare meglio, per lei e' sempre stato importante essere amata ed era tutto quello che voleva.
Per lei era importante l'amore della sua famiglia, non voleva sentirsi abbandonata da loro (la famiglia), percio' ha cercato di far tornare insieme i genitori, ma non ha funzionato.
Lei ora cerca solo amore, ma e' vulnerabile (dice sempre le stesse cose) quindi non pensa correttamente, saggiamente ...e' concentrata alla ricerca di se stessa.

beh se ci pensi, ci può anche stare un pensiero del genere.... in fondo Tay è "morta" che le gemelle erano piccole, poi è tornata, i genitori si sono riuniti, poi ridivorziati... lei stessa è partita ed è stata via per anni...

Le chiedono riguardo il triangolo Brooke/Ridge/Taylor... Steffy vorebbe vedere i genitori insieme, l'attrice (mi piace..sta ragazza ) invece preferisce Brooke e Ridge insieme.
Poi dice che e' strano vedersi nello show, dal momento che 'e una fan di Brooke e Ridge.
il futuro di Steffy: non vuole essere abbandonata, cerchera' qualcosa che le dia pace e felicita' e qualsiasi cosa sia, ha intenzione di tenersela (Rick???)
